Coats of Arms

The State Archive has a collection of family coats of arms and heraldic documents that were collated by the former State Archivist, Dr Karl Schönenberger (1898–1957). The State Archive also acquired Verena Roesli’s St. Gallen family coats of arms collection in 2019. Both coats of arms collections are accessible on request.
